Stole Money Problems with IMVU because I was not given accurate original email address when I bought the account

Well, I already tried putting in a ticket quite a while back but I get a message that I need to put a ticket in somewhere else but now I can't find that spot. Maybe this is the right spot. Well, I bought the account from Abstrall but because some of the info he gave was inaccurate, I lost the account in November and I have sent Abstrall a few messages at any place I could find to send him a message but never any replies from Abstrall in any way that I can find but I never get any answers from him to tell me the info that I need in order to get the account back and I didn't know if Abstrall saved any info about the account on this site so aside from trying to get info from Abstrall, I was wondering if Player up had any more info about the account than I have now. Sad that I paid $160 for an account yet lose it cuz I don't know the original email address. I don't know if any other info is wrong but the wrong email address that was used to open the account. I wish I knew a way to get someone on imvu to give me my Like account back.

It doesnt seem like this was done thru Middleman Service.

Can you provide more details like the other party's username and some screenshots to prove your claims.
