    I bought the status of "PRO SELLER", but many functions do not work or do not correspond to reality.

    1. The "Posting: Bump Threads Automated" function does not work. I raise my ads manually.

    2. The function "Posting: Free Sticky Thread Requests" is not true. Sticky thread is not free, I paid money. But even after I paid for the sticky thread, nothing happened.

    What's happening? I paid money for the status of "PRO SELLER", but many functions do not work.

    1. When I check the box next to "Auto Bump This Thread", then after clicking the "Save" button, this box disappears again.

    2. You said absolutely true. I paid 0.30 dollars for a sticky thread. But why is this happening?

    I bought the status of "PRO SELLER". Therefore, the sticky thread should be free, not paid.

    You can request free sticky ads by posting a new help ticket and provide the URL of the threads you want stickied. Then we will sticky them.
