    This scammer is from Moldova.
    He will say he can’t take PayPal, then ask you for Western Union or Amazon gift card.

    These type of scammers all claim to deliver digital currencies in 3 hours, for both iOS and Android.
    After the payment is sent, the seller would block you on Discord.
