So I found images of 1800x serial numbers and part numbers and contacted AMD support. my rma was approved so i was given a label. I thought that amd would not have been so easy so i gave up and a week later i decided to complain about fedex and it was tough getting replies from amd but they told me today that they setup a replacement which will be sent to me from their facility in miami and once i receive it i should let them know. here's the email: https://snag.gy/VSXmxU.jpg I'll try doing this for the vega fe card, who knows it may work for graphics cards as well
