Recently received a package through them with FedEx. However, the delivery person called my phone number to ask if it was okay to leave it with someone living in the building and I said it was okay to leave it in the hallway so I could pick it up since I was a few minutes away from the area. There was no signature needed, but the proof of delivery had the persons name who picked it up. Is it possible to refund?
