Hey everyone, I'm looking to buy some digital goods from a Chinese site(based in USA if I recalled right), it's something like gift cards, but you redeem them for games' currencies XD. Also I've read that PP seller protection policy doesn't cover digital goods, am wondering if I could refund it via Paypal. I'll be paying with either a stealth pp account with pp balance or my personal pp account with CC. Lemme know what you think or if anyone is able to do, appreciate your comments!
