Please help me with Online Fraud

    Just fall into a fraud.
    A people promise to send $800 for 800k gems (Lords mobile)
    and he made a fake paypal confirmation letter which looks like he has paid (from paypal server)
    but actually he did not.

    His ID: GaganOG
     Buying - Buying Gems on Lords Mobile | PlayerUp Accounts Marketplace. Player 2 Player Secure Platform.

    Please help me to keep all his login detail especially for those which may be able to help locate him in the real life.
    I am considering report to police and that information will be useful. Thanks !!!
