    Hello moderators. I went through a middleman transaction and paid for an Apex Legends account on 2/10/2021. Today, 2/25/2021, I just found out that my email was no longer valid. I believe that the seller has # my account and changed the email. If not him then someone may have stolen it somehow. I have confirmed the delivery as well. And for some reason I got flagged as a High risk user when I actually paid for it?? Why is this? I have provided all the chat logs and proof that I paid the middleman. Please help.. Thank you.

    What i need to respond? I didn't change password and reset email, how cat i proof that? Didn't see proofs from buyer, he just said "cant login, help me" with no proofs or something like that.

    This is my chat with EA/Origin support.
    He clearly says that the email address that I gave him was the prior email address for two accounts.
    Here I had him check a support ticket case that I opened on the account that I bought. I provided him with the case number and unique access code to that case because it was sent to my email. He finds out that the email address that the account was changed to is: [email protected]. If this wasn't you, and if you are telling the truth, then you can help me retrieve the account back.

    @hotmail.com , you serious? NOBODY in Russia use hotmail, if you lost account or it was # (or you sold it and now trying to get back), it shouldn't be my problem, only your.

    Why would I sell it if I wanted to play apex? I bought your account to play did I not? Let's say I someone stole the account. You told me that this is your original account. I can retrieve the account back if you give me your original email address you used for the account so I can contact support

    i dont know, what you did to account, why you have high risk badge on account? what if you just sold account to someone and want to scam him now? if someone stole your account - it is not my problem

    Ah I understand now. After doing some digging today I found out that this person snick375 is actually @7xsammyy . They are seen selling the same account across multiple accounts doing this scam.

    I looked up this 7xsammyy person on steam and found out that he is friends with "snick375". He used his friend's name to create this playerup account to scam people by selling the same apex legends account over and over. And as you can see, both of those playerup accounts are already suspended.
