    I bought a digital item ( Horizon the Forbidden West) from REDN3CK on the 4th of this month via his thread via https://www.playerup.com/threads/horizon-forbidden-west-ps5-ps4.5409494/ but what is disappointing is that even after including the insurance cover to the transaction, as a buyer am not protected as the 48/72 hours has passed and the refund has not been issued upon request, and the worst part is the seller has no courtesy of acknowledging or fulling this order cancellation.

    Playerup I need my money refunded, whats the @Middleman for ......

    a transaction with should have concluded in 48hours has dragged on to 3 weeks and still counting, whats happening @Admin you said this was sorted out?

    Why do I feel scammed on this platform, it's been over a month and no refund yet! Transaction claimed waiting for other admin to finalize after approval of transaction cancellation and nothing is been done @Middleman @Admin


    who is in charge here,playerup is a failed project, refund me and delete my profile if you like wtf, its been over a month now its not funny anymore!
