- You can redeem the code normally if you're already in US/EU region, but if you're not living in there you can try these step

• Check if your account region is in United States
• Visit this site to redeem the code, but don't click redeem yet
• Get some VPN, and choose USA
• Back to redeem site, click on 'Redeem'

• Create a new Microsoft account with United States region
• Redeem the code here, but remember not to click on 'Redeem' yet
• You will need some VPN at this point, and go to USA region
• Now you can click on 'Redeem' If it doesn't work, try to refresh the page or using incognito mode
• Now login to the account in your Xbox App for Windows 10
• Done!
• If you still can't do this, try to add payment method to your account and follow these steps again

Q: To play games on PC, do I need to connect to my Xbox console first?
A: Some games require to do it, but most of games that I love don't need it. I'm not very sure what game exactly need to connect Xbox for playing.

Q: I already logged into my account on Xbox App for Windows 10, but game lists seem missing, not like what the official site said
A: Be sure to set your Windows region to United State. To do this you will need to go to 'Setting -> Time & Language -> Region'
