Resolved Pending Payment Since 26th of April

    Hi Team,

    I had conducted a transaction (i'm the seller) on the 26th of April 2019.
    The payment is still in payment in the orders screen, and haven't received updates.

    Both myself and the Buyer have marked the account as verified and received (on the 26th)

    I'm inquiring when is the payment going to forwarded to my account selected in this case papal?
