    Can you send a screenshot of your original transaction inside PayPal that you sent to us and upload it here so we can verify your payment and proceed with resolving this issue for you.

    I don’t have access to that PayPal anymore I lost the email and password for it. What do you need to verify I have credits in this account that have been here since 2020!! And I’ve been trying to cash them out. I submitted tickets now with my cash app and bitcoin to cash out since you give bitcoin as an option as well.

    We don't process double refunds if that's what you're asking us to do here.

    I will try to clarify this as best as I can here.

    1. The credits that are currently on your account are useless. They cannot be used. We previously had issues with when users cashed out, the credits were not deducted from their account after receiving a refund which is what happened in your case. Many users exploited this and this was corrected on our end. However those credits still remain on your account even though you're useless unless we have a manager manually go in and adjust this.

    2. The process to cashout credits is automated and should automatically refund back to your account. When you previously cashed out, the former processor we used should have automatically refunded your paypal.
    3. We requested this from you in January
    You replied saying this
    You will need to call PayPal then and inform them you lost access to your email and password related to your paypal account. Over the phone they can fix this for you and update your information. Yes it's possible that even though you don't have access to the email that they can update this information on your account. - https://www.paypal-community.com/t5...with-no-access-to-email-or-phone/td-p/3085176.     4. The reason we need this screenshot from you is we used a 3rd party processor to collect your original paypal payment and when you cashed out, they deducted that balance from us to refund your paypal account. Now you're wanting to cashout those credits on a transaction which you were already refunded on. If you could send us the paypal receipt, we can show you this which is why we are waiting on you to provide us that transaction receipt which will show your payment transaction was already refunded back to you.

    I never received a refund for it, it literally says in the screenshot order canceled and credit added. That’s not a refund that’s you crediting my account but now not allowing me to cash it out.
