I recently got scammed by an playerup member (who has been banned) for over $150. I sent the payment as friends/family and he pretty much exit scammed. I trusted him because we've had many successful transactions before this, this one was just the biggest one. This is also the problem because I don't think I can claim unauthorized (all sent from home IP on desktop/mobile) and when I called PayPal they said they can only contact the seller and not dispute because it is a personal payment. What can I do to get my money back? Willing to pay if someone can help.
