So I purchased a verified PayPal account for a shop I ran and it got permanently limited. After 180 days I received email saying funds are available to withdraw. I tried to add bank account and debit card to withdraw but I am getting "We are unable to verify it's you". Is there any solution or service to get this out. I am willing to pay. Start Contract
