Can someone explain what happens when your PayPal gets limited? I have an account I've owned since '13 and they have sent a Final Reminder for me to send documentation. I don't really plan to send them it for purposes. The chart that says what happens if my account is limited which is only "Can't Add Money" So if I'm limited I just can't add money? Cuz that won't be a problem. Plz Halp
