So I have a paypal account made in 2013 and have used for many transactions(98% sending funds). I never added an SSN or had my ID verified by them. I sold some items on eBay before(4-6 total) back in 2016. However, I want to start selling once again, but I read somewhere that paypal would limit my account since there would be a lot of payments towards me and I didn't confirm my identity. Any insight on this?
