Hi so recently I'm making pretty tons of money($500+) from g2a and paypal refund method.
But now I hav a dispute of $240, which I paid for adding funds to PlayerUp. I always say in the dispute that I didn't receive my item(digital good) because they never answer, but now since they answer i'm looking forward to say that it's a product and it never arrived.
Now, regarding this refund, G2A answered to paypal claim(and dispute too), so probably I will loose the case. Ofc I can reopen it if I call to paypal but what should I tell them? From what I talked to PP before they said I need to come with other proof. So I'm thinking to do one of these
    1. Take screenshots of PlayerUp having $0 on my account, in monetary transaction tab showing that transaction was declined. Screenshots that I didn't receive anything etc.
    2. Calling paypal and "witnessing" that I lied about being a digital good but actually it's a product and they haven't shipped it yet, and asking them to reopen the case as a Product not received and ask them for tracking id(which they obviously won't have), but im not sure this will work since I never did it before. And btw i will very first tell them my story before providing them with a one time passcode or PP email.
    3. What's ur suggestion guys?
