Resolved Payment taken twice for one transaction

    Morning,

    I purchased an account yesterday and the payment has been taken twice, can you please refund one of them. I contacted safe charge who verified both payments as per the below email from them.

    922017423 - Current in process transaction
    922017420 - Cancelled transaction but payment went through (please refund this one)
