Hello guys, I found one Instagram account that I'm very interested in, I DM the seller on Instagram, and he let me know, that he only accepts Bitcoin, perfect money, western union, moneygram, paypal or amazon gift card. He will NOT accept Visa or MasterCard which is available thru PlayerUp website. So the fact that he does not want to use Visa/ MasterCard gave me a redflag. I wanted to touch base with You and see if it will be safe to use service like Paypal, incase I will not get the account will I able to refund money thru playerup or paypal? Thanks.
