Payment not being sent to me?

    I recently sold an instagram account for $500, and requests a $500 Bitcoin withdraw to my bitcoin address. Can you tell me why I have not got my payment? its been over 100 hours

    Payment could take 24-144hrs or more before its sent to the seller's account in a form of MM Balance. Once the MM Balance has been credited to your account, you would need to request a Cashout MM Balance and wait for approximately 1-96hrs.
