Hello, Ive got a question about getting partial refunds. Do companys and couriers not check and keep note of the weight of the parcels they send/deliver? Like if I ordered two pairs of shoes from a retailer, then contacted them and said I opened the parcel and only one pair of shoes were inside, surely they could check the parcel weight was leaving their warehouse and check the parcel weight with courier and know that Im lying? Just thought about it there and was wondering if anyone could shine a light on this?
