Hey guys, just had a question about an overstock order. Told them I got an empty box and they opened up an investigation, called back today and was told they were currently contacting customs so dock trace can be done etc. Order was for just over 3k USD, also it was international. Is this normal? a friend told me when they used the same method they had no hassle and were just asked if they wanted refund or replacement. So, am I in the clear?
