Sold (Original Owner) House Tycoon Account With 6 Houses on Same Server on Aether Over 300M Garo Mounts

Incredible one of a kind NA account with 6 houses (5 of the 6 are large size) on a single server on Aether, over 300 million gil, 2 Rank 8 and above FC (lots of credits), rare and limited time mounts that can no longer be obtained like Falcon, Regalia, Garo (and Garo gear), tons of special items, seasonal stuff, and much, much more!

I'm the original owner. It's also a Steam linked account (You can easily use or create your own Steam account to launch the game and login to this account and play normally)

Now, here are some of the main account features:


Main character at LV 80 with all Garo Mounts. Full Garo armor, titles, and weapons for PLD, DRK, NIN, and DRG. All of which are no longer obtainable. Not to mention that all Garo mounts were pretty rare, especially Raigo at the time the event was still going.
2 jobs at LV 80 with reasonably good gear: DRK and PLD.
The main character has several other jobs at around lv 70 and above such as NIN, DRG, GNB, and WAR.
Anima weapon for PLD. Anemos cleared, Pagos unlocked, and fairly high elemental level (over 25). Anemos weapons PLD and DRK.
All normal trials and raids unlocked and cleared, including Eden and Nier, as well as fully completed (as of the latest 5.2 patch) MSQ. That doesn't include Shadowbringer ex trials however, as I had to shift to a more casual play style during the beginning of Shadowbringers. and could only keep up with the non ex variety of trials and raids after that point.
2 very high level desynthesis skills GSM/ARM.
Countless mounts and minions, including some really rare mounts such as the Black Pegasus (+ the hard to obtain Potd outdoor furnishing clear rewards), Nightmare, Battle Lion, Fenrir, and more.
A rank 15+ Chocobo. Hundreds of time gated special squad buff manuals which are often more powerful than normal FC buffs.
Hundreds of Shadowbringers elite mark hunting clusters that can be freely exchanged for top tier battle materia for this expansion.
And last but not least, over 300 million gil.

Not to mention that through grandfathered systems for both housing and friendship which are no longer possible for those who didn’t benefit from them when it was still possible, as well as new players, this character can have full control over 4 out of the 6 houses owned on the same account on the same server, without having to switch between alts at all. It’s quite incredible and fun to be able to control multiple houses and their furnishing without even having to log out of your main character!

Main character, alt, FC and account features:

2 FCs. Both FCs with houses and rank 8+. The main FC comes with a large house on Mist, over 1mil FC credits, and the secondary FC comes with a medium house on Shirogane. Both FC houses come outfitted with multiple Airships and submarines. Airships are all capped at rank 50, and have very good parts and are maximized for catching rare items. There are also submarines at a fairly high rank (over 30). There are 2 active airships and 2 active submarines in each FC, for a total of 8 active vessels, plus a few surplus parts. Both FCs are solo, and no one has joined or visited for years, so you are free to use both FCs, FC houses, airships, and submarines however you wish!



3 other high level alts (70+) each with their own private large house. 1 on Mist, 1 on Lavender, 1 on Goblet, and 1 on Shirogane, so a large house for every district currently available in the game. A grand total of 6 houses on a single server on a single account (4 large private houses, 1 large FC house with 1mil FC credits, and another FC with a 1 medium house). Higher level jobs (over 65) my alts have include: DNC, BLM, SAM, MNK, SMN



Main character and a couple alts have high level crafting and gathering jobs (70 and above).
A couple alts have the legendary Yokai mounts Whisper A-go-go and the normal variety Whisper-go (not the main character, however).
Main character and a couple alts also have several high level retainers (battle and DoL).
Alts also have some Garo gear, though not as many pieces as the main character, as well as other PVP gear.
Main characters and most alts also have Falcon, and the 4 person car mount Regalia, which are currently not obtainable either.
Main character and high level alts also have several million MGP (a time gated currency that can be exchanged for Gold Saucer exclusive mounts, hairstyles, and more).
Lastly, main character, all alts, and any future character you make will receive the pre order bonuses for Stormblood (collectors edition for Stormblood), Shadowbringers (Aetheryte earring, Baby Gremlin, and more), as well as all the currently available veteran rewards (Rank 4 with well over 1200 days subscribed) and a few account-wide mogshop mounts such as the mystic panda, blue carbuncle, Sleipnir, and the no longer obtainable Flying Cumulus (the non golden type), As well as the black chocobo.


Over a hundred dollars worth of Mogstation items. Most items were obtained during seasonal events, plus a few pieces of gear/emotes bought on Mogstation during sales. I stored a lot of seasonal furniture on apartments for each alt for most of the events I participated, so be sure to check them out if you want to use them!

I also have a couple high level alts (not capped, but one very close to lv 70, and one over 70 on a JP data center (crafting job levels are fairly high as well). One alt has a medium FC house on Mist, the other has a medium private house on Shirogane.

Additional Account Details, and Reasons for Selling:

I had very few friends during my playtime, and most of them quit, or are taking a break. I played legit, never got called on by a GM, and never had any enemies. There are no famous or infamous characters on this account either, so nothing is stopping you from jumping straight into the raiding scene, or keep on being an invisible house tycoon having fun inside your many mansions and playing casually. I won’t be telling anyone in game about this sale, and since I mostly kept to myself during my time playing this game, no one should notice, or mind the changes when you, the buyer takes over. I take privacy seriously, and took special care to not disclose any private information on this listing that could compromise your fun later on, so you can be sure your account will be as private as you wish it to be! Lastly, it is a Steam account, so you will need to launch the game through your existing Steam account, or create a new free Steam account in order to play, or use Steam wallet for Mogstation, monthly fees etc. You can even download the free trial on a different steam account, and should the game already be installed on your PC, you can begin right away, so long as you launch the game through steam, even if it says trial on the steam name. I tested it with a second steam account shortly before creating this listing, and was able to log to my account and character without a hitch.

It truly is an incredible account. The grandfathered house and friend systems, the time limited no longer obtainable mounts and gear should only make this account increase in value with time as they become rarer, and FFXIV more popular, so depending on how you keep playing this game later on that this account may increase in value still, as you maintain it relevant and unique, should you decide to sell it later on, at some point. If not for the recent events in my life, I know I would never have even considered selling it, but unfortunately, due to recent events in my life and increased health expenses that took a toll on my family's finances, putting in jeopardy our future place to live, I had to reconsider. Even though I love this account, and put my heart and soul into my main character, and even my alts, I love my family more, and want to help them with everything I have, even if it means selling this account. While the asking price for this listing won't be quite enough to take care of our most pressing issues, it will help us tremendously. All the money I make from this sale will be to help my family.
