Hello Peoples, I placed order on Target.com. And I used the common vcc company which you all would know about. Payment from credit card(vcc) was authorized also then the emailed me like this. " Hi xxxx, We're sorry to inform you that we had to cancel your order #1xxxxxxxx. There was a technical issue that prevented us from fulfilling your order. You have not been charged for the canceled items. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. " My address was USA but my ip was of different country is this the issue or the vcc is, it happened twice me kindly help me out guys. Had no refund history on past. Not able to understand what's going on, help me really want to place order.
