Hello, my order won’t activate and I have been receiving emails to activate it non stop. I activated it and it worked, then I keep on receiving these emails and every time I try to re activate it, it gives me an error and says that the order is already activated yet a ticket for my order still has yet to open. I would like a refund or if you could open the ticket with the seller that would be great too, thanks.

In the upper right corner, click Change Order Status (Blue Icon) and select Buyer - Cancel Order 3). Wait for an agent to process your cancellation
