    I made a purchase and paid with amazon yesterday, I have filled out requested forms, not sure if I got it right. how do I know if you received everything OK. I am new at this and I am starting to worry about it, because of lack of communication or rather at least a response that info was received. I totally don't know what I am doing as you probably have gathered. so please let me know and thank you for your patience and understanding. mike marinelli
