Resolved Order cancellation

    Hello,
    I am the seller in a wolfteam account transaction, but now both me and the buyer want to cancel everything, he already sent 100€ to the middleman but he wants to get his money back. We sent a ticket to the middleman support, we both checked the order cancellation case. Yet, nothing happens, no answers. I need help to cancel this order, and the buyer needs his money back. So please, answer or do something.
    I know i am not supposed to post middleman related questions here but the middleman support does not answer so i ask here.
