I am getting no end of complaints, and still currently have a customer who paid well over 2 days ago now. Still to see any 3 way ticket and he has had absolutely no reply, so realistically a customer who I have referred to this site has handed you money on the basis that I have ensured him your operation is 100% legitimate, I know it is 100% legitimate but hes now complaining to me and I feel partially responsible because I have told him to make a payment to PlayerUP and now hes left in the dark... Something really needs to be done about the time, its been months and its the same old unresponsive, it will be approved when its approved time frame for both cashing OUT and paying IN. I respect fraud checks need to be done, but at this point im starting to think the risk of chargebacks is worth it as it just takes far too long.
