      I am trying to buy a skin on opskin and then refund it but when i try to purchase 400$ it asking me to whitelist my account which requires a valid id to do so? now has anyone whitelist themselves and done the refund? is there a way to bypass it? if i whitelist myself is it still safe to do the refund?
