Hi friends, I just have a couple of questions about investigations from UPS. I have had a refunder do a refund from HSN a couple of weeks ago, and it went through but they insisted on an investigation. Since then, they have given me a call just asking me to confirm info, but the investigation is still open. Do you guys have any suggestions of what not to do/what to do such as don't use the item or any of the sort? And does anyone know if it will ever close or anything like that? Any information would be appreciated! Thank you!
