Exploiting Not Sure If The Title Is Correct But Read And You'll Understand

    So basically I've sold my 8 years old Combat Arms account to a person (playerup forum name under question 4). Middleman opened 3 way ticket and everything went well, the buyer got the account and he confirmed delivery. I confirmed delivery right after I've put all the account info in that thread.

    After i released the account information, the buyer went offline right away and he didnt reply on any messages for a whole day. Next day I replied to 3 way ticket and I said "Seems like the buyer won't reply to private messages here on playerup aswell as on emails. Don't know what to think..."

    By some miracle 10 mins after the buyer replied saying "yo im here"

    As you can see here he is replying after 1 day and what's now even more weird is that first he canceled the order and less than 1 minute after he confirmed delivery! as you can see on SS below.

    I got paid by playerup via paypal on April 4th (see SS below). Which means I got paid after 12 days! So yeah took em 12 days to send the payement to me, but that's fine.

    Let's be clear here, the buyer is nowhere, he never replied on that thread that he didnt receive account and all of a sudden he gets suspended and on April 5th Middleman replied to that 3way ticket the following.

    You can see my reply to that. So basically the buyer was selling that same account that he claims he never received.

    So if you take a look at question number 6, you'll see his email [email protected]

    His google name is 'aviel gagna' and let's confirm that with SS

    Now let's take a look at some gmail messages where he claims that everything is fine and that I should not be worried and how he is surprised because he got suspended form playerup and he never asked for money back.

    So remember how he canceled delivery "by mistake" and then less than a minute after he confirmed it, yeah here we go. As you can see on SS above i asked "why did you cancle delivery first, was it mistake"? and he said "yes lol dont worry" he also claims he wasnt at home on 23rd when i gave him all account info so he confirmed it on 24th.

    Now, as you can see right after middleman said that the buyer wants money back i asked him on email:
    "Nice try buddy, nice try... why did you try to scam plaerup site and me? You got the account and now you want your money back aswel? What kind of shitty person you are?"

    And his reply:
    "?"
    "didnt love the acc so i sell"
    "how i scam if you got the money"

    So basically he said he didnt like my account so he sold it probably to someone else, right? Isnt that weird? I mean he claims he never got the account on playerup but on emails he says totally diferent stuff.

    After that as you can see still on SS up i said:
    "you are suspended for playerup, and middleman said in our 3 way conversation ticket that you asked for refund with the reason "I never received item"

    He replies:

    "what tha
    no"

    I mean the guy is telling one thing to me, something else to middleman and completely 3rd thing to paypal support which middleman confirmed today that the buyer is lying to everyone.

    Just wanted to prove how ridiculous this whole situation is and what exactly "recall account" means? What should I do about it? I did a research on that but im still not sure, so I ask here and I've also asked in 3 way ticket. Thanks for reading my broken english and cheers.

    Sorry we'll provide more instructions shortly on what to do here. We're glad you followed up and yes you paid this is an after sale dispute to fight back at a buyer clearly trying to exploit us and others.
