The problem is that it froze mid payment so I dont have a payment receipt. The only thing I do have is a picture of the frozen screen

Just for clarification, you purchase the same product twice because your first attempt to buy it, as you mentioned, had the page froze on you. So now, are you asking for the 1st attempt to get refunded back to you? What payment method did you use for your purchase here?

Since you are saying that the balance was removed from the card then there should be a record of it in your recent transaction history? Can you please send me a screenshot of it?
That's a problem i think, let me ask @Middleman to check if there's a history of transaction in your account.
I understand you are doing your best, but I am getting pretty frustrated it is taking so long. For me its a lot of money I have to work hard for. So I really hope we can figure this out fast!
Is there really nothing to indicate that you have made a purchase for this order? Sorry im not too familiar with paysafecard.
