I have been trying to get to in touch with middleman support for the better part of a 12 hours now, NO ONE seems to respond to my messages (aside from a bot). What is the deal here? I simply want a refund for a purchase that I never received. The seller isn't responding to any messages, the middleman isnt responding to messages. If this doesn't resolve the issue, I have no other option but to dispute charge with bank.
Also, I cannot change order status as the support bot keeps telling me to. I can only change buyer and seller "needs middleman assistance" and "payment verification". Which I did change, and never heard anything back.
