Not a difficult task to put together, but there is one point that can be difficult for one person, thus, two works best. Once assembled, and you’re using the Ironman; you’ll be very pleased. Go slow in use building up time upside down. Being consistent (daily) is more important than a longer time. I am very pleased with the Ironman 4000.
