Hi, So I made a Nordstrom order and it's arriving in two seperate shipments. One should have arrived today, it has one pair of shoes, and the other arrives tomorrow containing another pair of shoes and some leggings. How do I go about refunding it? I want a total refund. Would they fall for "both shipments missing"?
