Tried to order from Nordstrom ($600 order) to Canada, and just after order confirmation, they sent me an order saying "Order not processed". I might have used the same IP address on a different Nordstrom refund, but the CC, billing address, and shipping address are all fresh. Anyone know what happend and what I should do? Should I just try again with a VPN, or email/call them about it? I'm not sure if they have a policy that the shipping and billing address have to be the same. To be clear, the order wasn't cancelled. "At this time we are unable to process your order because we did not receive authorization on your credit card. If you have questions regarding this, please contact the card issuer at the number listed on the back of your credit card. If you need further assistance after contacting the card issuer, please e-mail [email protected]." Any help would be appreciated BTW Don't think Borderfree blacklisted my IP, since a few days ago I just placed an order on Neiman Marcus (with same IP address) and it went through perfectly.
