If its from IOS and you gave him your gamecenter, all you have to do is recover your password @ appleid.com
You're the the seller right and you delivered your account before he issued payment, is that correct? Just reset the password then. You have full control of the account since it's under your e-mail just like unknown123 said. @Sledded has been suspended pending this investigation.

This issue has now been resolved. Both sellers who attempted to fraud you have been banned. No matter how much we try to filter out scammers, they always try to comeback. We do our best but never do business with anyone unless they are verified, clearly look reputable, or willing to go through playerup middleman. It's just too risky especially in games like Clash of Clans.
