Resolved No way to change the transaction prefix

    Hey! So i just sold an account, and the buyer changed his prefix to buyer-received account, but the tab that I am supposed to click to change my buyer prefix is not there. I included a picture to show where tab should be. Any ideas? MM pic.jpg

    Edit: I need to change the seller prefix, not the buyer
