No permissions

    My Location:
    Just purchased an YouTube account but used incorrect email. Email used is my other account "[email protected]". Please also give permissions on both accounts. I am South African, Business registered in the states and currently busy with a contract in Angola. Maybe reason why I don't have permissions. Cannot open ticket neither contact middle man. I get the error message with no permissions. Also cannot open ticket with Transaction ID 42556243951. Regards Herman
