Hi, thanks for the reply I remembered that while I submitted the ticket there was an error that prompted and said currently too many requests and couldn't submit my 3 conversion ticket and when I submitted it again, it said that it had been submitted. So I am unsure whether the ticket went through or there was an technical error.
