I got paypal 1 cv 6 - KM 5 ftrs and 1 scout ( full BVE , overvetted at least 300 vets) ( using gunners and enginer from bb6) 2 cv 6 - USSR and FR , 7 dbs and 1 scout on each (bombing cvs)- bve , ofc 2 gunners and 1 eng (full bve) 1 bb6 - KM kaiser, 5 engs and 3 reps , 2 aa and 2 acc gunners (full bve) 1 ss5 - KM(bve ) 1 pcv - US 6 fighters and 2 scouts ( they are highly overvetted) , 2 gunners and 1 eng - everyone full BVE i got low lvl italy bb crew , most of them are hero sailors ( not sure about lvls) after your posts i can write much more info if you are interested in guys . I wasnt in game since august and i forgot a lot of from my crew. On each nation ( KM,USSR,FR,US ) i got pcvs and pcas aswell.
