Resolved New User Questions

    I've looked and looked and can't find the answers

    • How do I verify my account so that I show up as verified
    • Why am I not getting your emails? I have not received a single one. I also want to change my email address as the one used is linked to Facebook which I used to sign in the first time but is an old University email I don't use anymore. All emails sent to this email are forwarded to my gmail which I've tested several times, however when I try to reset my password (which I never set because I logged in with facebook) I don't get the password reset email. I even changed my email within facebook and still nothing. I want to delink my facebook eventually but cannot until I set a password.

    My verified question has been answered. I'm still having an issue with email

    Check your spam/junk folder. If you're still having issues, change the e-mail on your account to a gmail email address.

    Okay lets do this. We will create a new account for you and then merge your facebook/old account with your new one to fix this.
