I'm a new player and am looking to optimize my points exchange on frags. I was able to get Ephraim from the event, so am leaning towards going a shooter build. Do you recommend that just I save for the 5* heroes like Requiem or get a 4* like Hartwell now to help with progression? # #/ThatFio . .
