Approved and Implemented New Application for Forums!

    I have seen there are Many account selling Forum which are not Games Like Reddit , twitter, snapchat etc...
    So i Request to Add new Application
    "PayPal Accounts Buy Sell Trade"
    Yes there are many countries where still PayPal not supported, While Some countries PayPal is Supported but Only Goods and Services not Friends and Family! And in business generally no one Accept Payment from Goods and Services because of Tax and Limitation of Account after too much Goods and services Transactions!
    So people Make Fake US PayPal account For their need. But the accounts are Unverified! Can't make Verified US PayPal Accounts outside USA! So it would be better if a Forum for PayPal accounts also opened here , so people can buy VERIFIED PayPal accounts!
