Sold Netflix seller cheated me with 400 accs and 250$

I am a Netflix reseller and buy a lot from him daily last month is fine no problem but 3 days ago all accs he made this month were broken so I ask him for replacement. He accepted that but now he's gone no replying me. My customers are going to police station they say I cheated. My money is with him 250$ also. How can I do now? I need help now I bought 150 accs from other seller to replace my customers but slow. I need to buy more to replace soon.
