Hi, Anyone has any idea how long Neiman Marcus takes to refund? I just contacted them after signing with fake name saying item never received and they said they would start an investigation with DHL and udpate me on the claim ASAP. Is this a cause for concern or just standard for NM? Let me know asap please guys! A little worried here.
