You must know how to work cronjobs, do coding php,html etc. You must be able to pretty much make 97% similar website to a site I provide (clone, only some things will be a little different) I am doing a one time payment fee, you are not allowed to release my idea to anyone or make a competition site either. Do not waste my time if you don't have proof of you knowing what you are doing. Payment will be paid some upfront and rest upon completion.
