    The Middleman under our 3 way conversation doesn't refund my money and already passed few days since i asked to cancel the trade .

    I never got the money and i cancelled the trade early enough..so why do i got suspended for nothing?

    Since he is suspended he can't click on seller cancel trade .
    Can you fix this please ?

    He doesn't need to cancel, you can from your end if this is a middleman transaction.
