I need someone who can help me fast getting my emails not blocked by Outlook.com. I am using Mailgun to send emails, all emails sent to outlook.com, live.com and hotmail.com (all a part of Outlook) is blocked with the following error. Code Failed: no-reply@co****.com → mark****@outlook.dk 'a' Server response: 550 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from [209.61.***.***] weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3140). You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors. [HE1EUR01FT062.eop-EUR01.prod.protection.outlook.com] The SPF record is the following Code v=spf1 ip4:209.61.***.*** include:mailgun.org ~all Paying with BTC or Paypal, please name your price, I would need this fast. The domain and IP is masked out, if you need it I am willing to send it in a PM. EDIT: Delivery to other emails works, such as @google.com. Solved, the IP was blocked so when I got another IP from Mailgun it solved the problem.
