I need someone to hire my upwork account and give it a 5 star rating (or any rating really). With the recent changes to how connects work, I'm left with an account without connects and without a way to buy them either (as upwork only accepts credit cards - not debit). I would, of course, pay a premium to the hiring price. I am looking for something small (upwork plus membership which I intend to buy is $15 so I would need a $20 job - as upwork takes a 20% fee.
